Comedy Night — November 20, 2009
Friends came together to laugh out loud at the Laugh Lounge at Essex Street. The show was put together by Marijke Briggs and Carla Johnston. The show was wonderfully hosted by Preston Simpson and featured a slew of New York comics! Everyone laughed, they say humor is the best medicine! And Shhhh, don’t tell anyone, but the Lily Fund is working with a headlining comic to do a show of his own just for the Lily Fund! We’ll let you know!
Holiday Photo Shoot — November 21, 2009
Keeping up with the tradition of fundraisers that bring the whole community together, we decided to take everyone's pictures! Professionally! Through the very generous contributions of K&M Photo, Bathhouse Studios, Griffin Editions, and Exposure Capture, a select group of photographers, the best hair and make-up in New York City, and, again, the generous support and enthusiasm of what we now refer to as “Team Lily” we took 50 family portraits in one day.
